"I'm The Newest Member of The Brownstone Team And I Don't See How That Nigga Warner Wears Skinny Jeans..."

This is my friend and brother Carl Ringgold, Carl is now an Official member of what we do over here at The Brownstone Project. What is it that we do you might ask? Well nobody really knows but anyway Happy New Years to all of our readers, followers (not followers in a God complex way, followers who click Follow This Blog), and The City Snapshot supporters. This is Carl's first article but expect to see lots more from him in the future.

You know how you go into that interview for a job you don't really
want in the first place? They interviewer asks you, "Describe yourself
in 90 second." Well here is my 90 second commercial.

I am the first in my imediate family to attend college and the oldest
of five siblings. I once heard that if you are the smartest in your
circle, GET A NEW CIRCLE! Some pretty awesome things occurred this
year from being introduced to cigars, coffee and other things that
cater to my "old man complex" (shout out to Wave). There were also
some smaller things like the art of NBA 2K9 and how much of a boss I
am in that (Wave, Kev, Chris, etc...)

Then there were other things like getting robbed, out growing weak
friends and feeling lonely. Hey we all have our problems but its up
to you and those REAL friends around you to bring you out.

Anyone can tell you I am a movie fanatic. I want to one day write,
direct and produce movies God willing. My favorite of 2008 was the
"Dark Knight". It was simply classic. My favorite that I was
introduced to in 2008 was a documentary about the Miami drug trade
called "Cocaine Cowboys" check that out.

My taste in music may be boring to some. I like who's hot to be honest
and YES that includes Souljah Boy and Gucci Mane. Say what you want
them niggas hot!!! It all honesty however, nobody did it like Weezy,
Ye, or Beyonce. I mean them two niggas held it down and she did her
thing 2. In the words of Wave, "She liked it so she put a ring on it."

I have never believed in New Years resolutions because I feel if you
havent changed by now chances are you wont. Take each day like a new
page in your book. I vow that after every post I leave, I will leave
some words of wisdom. So here goes a great for the Brown Stone
Project. Peace!!!
