After that we went to bed but the next day was great. We went to Georgetown and did some shopping. They had some cool stores and great sales.

No go on the purple though. Toooooo much Brown Streetness
One of my favorite parts of the trip took place later that night. Va and DC famed boutique Cmonwealth was having an instore appearance featuring Wale and Bun B. When we got to the store the line was lined up around the block but it just so happened the guys at Cmonwealth remembered us from when we came to DC for Howard's Homecoming and let us come in early. We did some shopping and then they walked us over to the Stussy store where the party was going on. The store had closed for the party but I managed to grab the Nas X Stussy Collabo and Warner got the Taxi Driver X Stussy Collab (Check him tomm).
We both bought our backpacks and didn't want to bring them to the Jay-z show b/c hey DC isn't the safest place on Earth so we were heading to the metro to drop our bags off. We ended up getting lost and in a not so great part of town lol. So I decided to ask for directions and the guy I ended up meeting and asking for directions turned out to be Wale! He was nice, took a pic, and b/c he didn't have time to talk invited us to the Cmonwealth party with him.

After The Party we went to The Warner Theater for the Jay-z inaugural concert. It was def the highlight of my trip. The place was packed and Jay didn't disappoint. He started out with the Go Hard remix and then played Brooklyn Go Hard. He was then later joined by Jeezy as they performed the My President Is Black Remix and Jay did A Billi, he shouted us out at the "When I Wear Billionaires Boys Club Part" and I acted like a groupie, sorry J. He then brought out Mary J Blige and Beyonce (Warner now thinks she's a good performer b/c she's bad, seriously she's prob. the baddest girl I've ever seen in my life but hey fuck it lol). And i held the camera the wrong way but hey. Enjoy
